FAQ - Annual fees

To provide great service to all our customers worldwide, we charge an Annual Account Fee of 29.95 USD, applicable to all customers with a Payoneer account. The fee may be charged only 12 months after your registration to Payoneer.

The annual fee applicable to your account is provided for review during account registration and is also available to view in your Payoneer account. To view your fees, sign in to your Payoneer account and click Fees.

On the date of the charge, we look back at your transactions for the past 12 months. If you have received more than 2,000.00 USD (or equivalent) in that time, you will not be charged a fee as this will qualify you for a special waiver.

Once the first 12 months have passed, you must receive at least 2,000.00 USD (or equivalent) through any consecutive 12-month period to qualify for the fee waiver and avoid being charged. If you are charged, you will not be charged again for 12 months.

You’ll not pay this fee if you continue to receive more than 2,000.00 USD (or equivalent) in any consecutive 12-month period.

To learn more about your Annual Account Fee terms, sign in to your Payoneer account and click Fees.

From time to time, we may apply changes to the Annual Account Fee, as well as other fees.

We will always let you know about any fee changes in advance by sending a notification to your Payoneer account or via email. We recommend regularly checking your notifications by clicking the bell icon in your Payoneer account.

The Annual Account Fee is charged directly from the balance in your Payoneer account.

To check if you’ve reached your threshold of funds received to be eligible for a fee waiver (view your threshold on your account’s Fees page), you can download a report of your account activity.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sign into your Payoneer account on the Payoneer web app (not the mobile app).
  2. Go to Account activity > Transactions.
  3. Use the filter to set the dates to the last 12 months.
  4. Click the icons on the top right of the transactions table to download the report as a CSV or PDF file.

If your account doesn’t have enough funds to cover the Annual Account Fee on the day it is charged, any available balance will be charged on the date of the fee charge until the balance is 0 (zero).

The next time the fee will be charged will be a minimum of 12 months after the date of the last charge.

Ordering a card does not have any impact on the Annual Account Fee.
